I recognize that this is independently published. But what this Ivan Kushnir is doing is truly amazing for language learners. The Bible is probably your first go-to text to encounter a large amount of syntactically-simple prose and allows rapid familiarity with a target language. I've used this method to learn Latin and French. Kushnir is making available bilingual Bibles for more unpopular languages yet which I also want to learn. As far as I can tell the Bibles he is making available are the only ones of their kind for some of these languages. I'm sure language learners everywhere re as happy as I am with what he's doing.
Prayer has never been merely a mental exercise—it is a deeply embodied practice. Why do people kneel, raise their hands, or prostrate themselves in prayer? Because the body and spirit are one . But what happens when prayer is combined with physical exertion, causing the body to tremble and allowing streams of energy and strength to pass through it?
